Engaging Roblinx for Services
When you engage Roblinx to deliver technology services — whether web development, mobile app development, design, or cloud solutions — the following principles apply:
- All engagements are formalised through a signed proposal, Statement of Work (SOW), or service agreement that defines scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing
- Work begins only after both parties have agreed to the project terms and the required advance payment has been received
- Any changes to agreed scope must be submitted in writing and may be subject to additional time and cost (change request process)
- Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and approvals to keep projects on schedule; delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines
- Roblinx will communicate progress through agreed channels and milestones as outlined in the project plan
We are committed to transparent, collaborative project delivery. Our team will always keep you informed of progress, blockers, and any factors that may affect your project.
Content & Materials You Provide
In the course of delivering services, clients often supply content such as text, images, brand assets, data, or third-party licences. By submitting such materials to Roblinx, you confirm that:
- You own or have the necessary rights, licences, and permissions to use and share all submitted materials
- The materials do not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
- The materials do not contain anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful

Roblinx is not responsible for verifying the ownership or legality of materials provided by clients and accepts no liability for claims arising from client-supplied content.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Roblinx website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, case studies, source code samples, and multimedia — is owned by Roblinx Infotech LLP and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Regarding project deliverables:
- Custom deliverables (code, design, documentation) developed exclusively for a client are transferred to that client upon receipt of full and final payment as per the agreed contract
- Until payment is received in full, all deliverables remain the intellectual property of Roblinx
- Roblinx retains the right to use underlying frameworks, methodologies, libraries, and general know-how developed during any project for future work
- Open-source or third-party components integrated into a project remain subject to their own respective licences
Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of Roblinx's website content, branding, or proprietary materials without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Roblinx may use third-party tools, platforms, and services in the course of delivering projects or operating our website. These include hosting providers, analytics platforms, project management tools, payment gateways, and cloud infrastructure services.
- Third-party tools are selected based on reliability, security, and fitness for purpose
- Roblinx is not responsible for the practices, policies, or performance of third-party platforms
- Links on our website to external sites are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement
- Clients integrating third-party APIs or services within their projects are responsible for compliance with those providers' terms and licences
We encourage clients to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services used within their project.
