The client is a government-associated organization responsible for managing and monitoring water bodies across districts, talukas, and villages. Their operations involve multiple field enumerators, and taluka heads who conduct inspections, collect data, and ensure proper execution of water management activities on the ground.

The project focused on developing a centralized, mobile-first system to digitize water body inspections and field operations. The platform enables authorities to plan schedules, allocate teams, monitor real-time field activity, and generate reports from a single system. By replacing manual processes with a structured digital workflow, the solution improved operational efficiency, transparency, and data accuracy.
